Fixiday provides home appliance repair, installation, servicing, and maintenance, including AC, fridge, washing machine, geyser, microwave, and other household appliances.

Booking and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, online transfer, or other available digital payment methods.

  • Service charges mentioned on the website or communicated by our team are subject to applicable taxes.

  • Advance payment may be required for certain services, spare parts, or high-value bookings.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the technician has been dispatched or has arrived at the service location.

Service Warranty

  • Following all safety guidelines during service

Technician health and background checks are routinely performed.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details when booking services.

  • Ensure proper access to the service location at the scheduled time.

  • Confirm that electricity, water, and basic service conditions are available during the visit.

  • Report warranty-related issues within the warranty period to claim service benefits.
