Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the technician has been dispatched or has arrived at the service location.

Wearing masks and gloves
Using sanitization tools where required
Following all safety guidelines during service
Technician health and background checks are routinely performed.
Provide accurate details when booking services.
Ensure proper access to the service location at the scheduled time.
Confirm that electricity, water, and basic service conditions are available during the visit.
Report warranty-related issues within the warranty period to claim service benefits.
