Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Customers can cancel service requests up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a full refund.

  • If the cancellation is made after the technician has been dispatched, no refund will be provided.

  • In case of service delays or unavailability of technicians, customers may request a reschedule or a full refund


2. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email at fixigotech@gmail.com with complete booking details.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7 working days through the original payment method.

  • Fixiday is not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI apps, or third-party payment processors.


3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that have already been availed or completed are non-refundable.

  • Any service where parts or accessories have been installed or replaced is non-refundable.

  • Promotional or discounted services are not eligible for refunds.


4. Partial Refunds

  • In cases where only part of the service has been completed due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of Fixiday.
